Also known in the industry as “one day decorating” and “use what you have decorating”, Interior Redesign can literally transform the look of a room in one afternoon. We are professionally trained to use your existing furniture, artwork and accessories to create a new look for your home without buying anything new.

• Initial Consultation - Interior Solutions will first meet with you to discuss the vision you have for your space and any challenges that you face. We will assess the space and answer any questions you may have.

• Interior Redesign - On the day of the redesign we will come back and turn your vision into a reality. Through artful arrangement and precise placement, Interior Solutions will transform your space using only the items currently in your home. With out buying anything new, you can have the look you always envisioned.

Interior Decorating Solutions

Interior Decorating is like starting from scratch. After consulting with you to determine your style, vision, needs and budget, Interior Solutions will put together a plan for the decorating of the space. This plan will include, but is not limited to:

• Paint and/or wallpaper

• Flooring

• Fabrics

• Furnishings and Upholstery

• Lamps and Lighting

Home Staging Solutions

Home Staging is an effective marketing tool used in Real Estate today that gives homes a competitive edge over other homes on the market. Staging can help a home sell faster and for more money.

Creating a great first impression is key when marketing your home. As a professionally trained and certified SMART Stager, Interior Solutions can refine your home making it more desirable to buyers. Simple changes can produce big results.

Interior Solutions combines a trained “buyer’s eye” with the knowledge of an experienced decorator to emphasize the positive features of the home and minimize any negative ones.

• Initial Consultation - The consultation involves a complete walkthrough of the home from top to bottom, inside and out. From this we will develop a comprehensive checklist that will ensure the home is properly prepared prior to marketing the home.

• Hands-on Staging - Using proven techniques, Interior Solutions will arrange furniture, place artwork and accessories in a manner which will best feature the home and attract potential buyers.

• Vacant Staging - Interior Solutions will coordinate each room to appeal toward potential buyers. We may use rental furniture, items drawn from our inventory or purchase items within a designated budget.

• Free Open House Prep - After any Staging has been completed, Interior Solutions will assist you the day of your open house to ensure your home is presented in an optimal condition.

Color Consultations

Color affects how you think and feel about a space. Interior Solutions will bring color samples directly to your home to choose the colors that are best for the space. Whether you are moving in, moving out or just need a change, Interior Solutions can help select the right color palette for you.

Organizing Solutions
Interior Solutions specializes in organizational techniques. We offer consultations, directional organizing or hands-on organizing. We will work with you or for you depending on your needs and budget.

• Consultations – We will sit down with you and discuss any organizing challenges that you may have. We are available to answer questions, offer advice and guide you on implementing organizational strategies.

• Directional Organizing – This service is for the do-it-yourselfers! Interior Solutions will provide you with a detailed plan, including shopping list, to organize any area of your home. This written report will give you step by step instructions to combat any area that needs help.

• Hands-on Organizing – Interior Solutions will complete the entire step by step process of organizing spaces that are challenging for you. Afterward, we will provide you with a guideline on how you can maintain what we have done.
